Potent Pictures Inc has decades of experience working on a wide and varied range of feature films, including major Hollywood blockbusters as well as lower budget Independent movies. Past clients include MGM, Paramount, Miramax, Netflix, Lionsgate and Walden Media.

We have provided Visual Effects leadership and expertise on installments of highly successful franchises, including Mission Impossible, Creed, John Wick and Resident Evil.  Additionally, we have played key roles overseeing the visual effects on projects such as Cameron Crowe’s ‘Vanilla Sky’, M. Night Shyamalan’s ‘The Last Airbender’ and Guillermo Del Toro’s ‘Pacific Rim’.

More recently we were commissioned by MGM to Produce their CG animated movie ‘The Addams Family’ and it’s sequel, ‘The Addams Family 2’.

  • Read scripts, analyze overall work volume.
  • Prepare detailed breakdowns for Vendor bidding.
  • Determine appropriate weekly expectations to assure asset and animation quality.
  • Create overall schedule and manage to that schedule.
  • Prepare budgets and oversee financial plans.
  • Review and manage all associated Vendor costs.
  • Manage Vendors and monitor weekly productivity quotas.
  • Set up new pipelines and procedures for efficient work-flow.
  • Create unique reporting systems to ensure Vendor spending transparency.
